A native of Norwich, CT, Judith Pembeton-Bell has been the Event Coordinator for Kids Christmas Toy Fund for the last 30 years.  In addition to KCTF, she has also coordinated events for the Quality of Life Committee while employed with the State of Connecticut as well as for her local church.

 

Married to husband, Jervis Bell, the couple has two children, daughter Genesis, son, Jervis Jr.,  and grandson, Jamier.  In 2009, Mrs. Bell retired from the Department of Corrections as a Corrections Officer.  Judy is always looking for innovative, cutting edge ideas as a way to push the organizations vision forward.
